You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless EcoTrans Services Delivery Company and its affiliate companies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims arising out of your breach of any of these terms and conditions, and any of your activities conducted in connection with the EcoTrans Services Delivery Company website.
